Our client - an owner-managed financial services group - is seeking an Assistant Pensions Manager to join their Private Client and Corporate Services team.
You will be responsible for administering a bespoke suite of pension and personalized annuity arrangements for high-net-worth individuals.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all pension administration is carried out in accordance with the scheme rules and applicable legislation
- Oversight of outsourced administration and pension accounting
- Liaison with clients, intermediaries, and internal departments
- Staff management including training, workload delegation, and performance appraisals
