This opportunity is open to Jersey based professionals OR international candidates with direct experience and an interest in moving to the Channel Islands.
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager in the Executive Compensation Services team, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of structures, demonstrate understanding of tasks, and collaborate with your team to support a growing department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and mentoring team members
- Building relationships with key clients
- Independently leading client transactions and liaising with relevant third-party advisors
- Reviewing and managing the workload of team administrators and assisting with appraisals and monthly objective meetings
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A professional qualification (e.g. ACA/ACCA/ICSA/STEP or similar)
- Experience in incentives or share plans OR a professional services background in fund administration or employee benefits.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish good relationships with all stakeholders
- A desire to learn and grow within the role, becoming an expert in incentive schemes
