We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager with a background in Corporate Administration, Company Secretarial or Real Estate / Fund Administration who would like to join an ambitious and growing Governance Services team at an award-winning law firm.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing team while providing high-quality administration for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.
Although this is a permanent role, our client will consider applications from contractors for 6 to 12 months
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a role model to the team and helping to develop them into motivated, highly proficient administrators
- Providing technical support and training to team members as required
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring timely processing of work and meeting deadlines
- Collaborating with the firm's Risk and Compliance team to ensure all client due diligence is processed accurately
You should have the ability to work independently and take initiative, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive and flexible approach, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
