Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join our clients small, bustling team covering new business onboarding and client due diligence.
You will also support the Onboarding and Implementation Manager in training the team and responding to client queries, onboarding of local, international, and individual pension plans, ensuring compliance with customer due diligence requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Gather documentation and client data for new pension plans.
- Collect and update client due diligence information in internal systems and undertake periodic client reviews.
- Liaise with clients, members, and professional advisors to provide a professional service.
- Support business development activities and assist with bank account opening.
This is an excellent role if you have a sound experience base with CDD/Onboarding/New Business within the financial services sector and are looking for a position where you'll work closely with your manager and other internal teams.
Additional skills which will be important to have do include - effective communication and confidence talking with clients, team and independent working capabilities.
