We’re seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support our client's IT team where you will get to solve complex technical matters and help elevate technology support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing / allocating / coordinating responses to Service Desk incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Maintaining and supporting infrastructure components, including hardware, software, and networks, ensuring sustainable functionality.
- Communicating effectively with vendors, suppliers, internal teams, and external clients to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Documenting and operating technology processes in line with professional standards, ensuring accountability, clarity, and robust systems for audit and control.
You'll be someone with strong Service Desk experience and relevant IT qualifications.
