Do you have several years trust experience and a comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary services?
One of our key clients in Guernsey is seeking a Client Onboarding & Operations Officer to take responsibility for onboarding new business and supporting the operations team.
Responsibilities include:
- Process new business applications and ensure compliance with due diligence and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with transferring out or migration of cases and input client data onto company systems.
- Communicate with potential clients and maintain new business schedules for monthly reports.
- Support Operations Manager in implementing various projects and relevant filings with registries.
Together with an excellent knowledge of fiduciary administration, you should be able to work independently, be self-motivated as well and committed to business excellence.
