Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and company clients.

Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, intermediaries, and advisors to meet service expectations.

Prepare and maintain trust and corporate documentation, records, and statutory filings.

Contribute to business development, internal process improvement, and document templates.
You will bring your relevant professional qualification and 5+ years’ experience in a trust/company admin role, together with strong organisational and communication skills and a proactive, client-first attitude. You should also have confidence to manage your own caseload and collaborate with senior stakeholders as well as a keen interest in compliance, governance, and contributing to operational best practice.
