Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-driven Senior Administrator to join the dynamic Reward team of one of our key clients in Jersey. This is an urgent placement within a well-established business, supporting data analysis and presentation across rewards, benefits, and salary structures in a hybrid working environment.
Use your analytical skills and Excel expertise to directly influence employee value strategies and engage with senior stakeholders across the business.
Our client is open to candidates who hold a registered status if they are already on Jersey.
Responsibilities include:

Analysing and presenting data related to reward, benefits, and salaries using advanced Excel tools.

Preparing materials for and participating confidently in board meetings and senior discussions.

Collaborating with the Manager and Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the team.

Supporting the Head of Reward in the delivery of data-led strategic decisions.
This role would suit someone highly analytical with advanced Excel skills (VBA/Macro a bonus) and confidence working with senior stakeholders. Candidates with backgrounds in HR, audit, bookkeeping, or finance are especially welcome.
