Our Guernsey client is looking for a confident and experienced Client Service Director to lead service delivery across a diverse portfolio of insurance clients.
Acting as the strategic contact for clients, you will oversee board meetings, compliance, documentation sign-offs, and ensure service excellence across all touchpoints.
This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape client outcomes, drive internal collaboration, and represent the business in the wider industry.
Responsibilities will include:

Acting as the strategic lead and primary client contact across all service matters

Reviewing and approving regulatory submissions, fee quotes, board packs, and policy documentation

Representing client entities as a Director or Alternate Director as required

Identifying growth opportunities and driving service enhancements
You’ll need at least 10 years’ experience in a captive environment, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to communicate and lead with clarity and professionalism.
