Join a friendly and fast-paced HR team as a Payroll Officer in Guernsey.
This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of multi-jurisdiction payrolls, pensions administration, and employee lifecycle changes, from onboarding to offboarding.
You’ll also support wider HR initiatives, including salary reviews, employee benefits, and maintaining accurate HR data. If you're detail-driven, people-focused, and ready to make a real impact, this is your next move.
Responsibilities will include:

Preparing payrolls and administering pensions across multiple jurisdictions

Managing employee lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, and post-probation changes

Assisting with salary review, bonus, and promotion letters

Maintaining up-to-date employee records and ensuring HR compliance
