Are you an experienced trust and company professional looking for your next career move? Our client, a respected fiduciary services business based in Jersey, is seeking a Client Services Officer or Senior Officer (level dependent on experience) to join their established team.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of trust and company structures within a collaborative and supportive environment. Ideally the role is full time, though candidates seeking reduced hours may also be considered.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all activities.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing responsive, professional support.
- Reviewing, preparing, and authorising trust and company documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with colleagues to streamline processes and contribute to the team’s ongoing success and efficiency.
You should be an organised and proactive individual with proven trust and company administration experience. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, together with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
