As the first point of contact for our client strategy, the Client Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in nurturing strong, long-term relationships and ensuring a consistently high level of service. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients from the sales and onboarding stages through their entire journey with Resolution IT, helping them maximise the value of our services. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges to create their short and long term technology strategy. By working collaboratively across internal teams, you will triage and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Your role is to champion the client experience, driving user adoption and helping clients achieve their business goals through strategic use of technology.
 
This position requires a proactive, relationship-driven approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences, identifying opportunities for growth, and promoting a cycle of continuous customer success. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in enhancing client engagement, improving revenue performance, and ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported throughout their partnership with Resolution IT.
