We are seeking an empathetic, detail-focused Customer Experience Representative to support a leading offshore bank in either of their Guernsey Or Jersey offices.

Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer queries and complaints across multiple channels, aiming for fair, timely and well-reasoned resolutions.
- Applying a strong working knowledge of products, policies and internal procedures to ensure compliant outcomes.
- Taking full ownership of individual cases, communicating clearly and supporting customers through to resolution.
- Providing valuable feedback and insights to help improve processes, strengthen service standards and champion the customer voice.
This role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, empathy and the confidence to handle sensitive situations with tact. You’ll have strong attention to detail, a calm and organised approach, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team performance. A commitment to fairness, professionalism and continuous improvement is essential.
