This opportunity, based in the Jersey office of one of our key clients, would be ideal for a driven Senior Administrator ready to take ownership of a varied portfolio across corporate and fiduciary structures, supporting clients throughout their full lifecycle.
You’ll play a key part in a busy Governance Services team, handling onboarding, day-to-day administration, and ensuring every client receives exceptional service and proactive support.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio with accuracy and confidence
- Provide strong technical insight while guiding and supporting colleagues
- Build trusted client relationships and maintain seamless service delivery
- Prioritise workflows, meet deadlines, and support smooth daily operations
You’ll bring solid experience in corporate, trust or fiduciary administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. In addition, you may hold or be studying towards a professional qualification such as STEP or CGI. Having a positive, flexible approach will also help you thrive.
