Job Description
- Coordinating client instructions and managing end‑to‑end processing for deposits, payments, FX, securities transactions and corporate actions.
- Preparing account opening documentation, resolving issues and ensuring all accounts meet internal and regulatory standards.
- Supporting Relationship Managers through proactive client engagement, periodic reviews and remediation activities.
- Assisting in client relationship building, cross‑selling core banking services and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
This is a varied and dynamic temporary role those who have experience in front‑office client support within banking or trust services. You must be highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
