An established and progressive fund services firm is seeking a Trainee / Fund Administrator to join its Guernsey team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in financial services to gain hands‑on experience within a supportive, professional environment.
This position is designed to give you broad exposure to fund administration, supporting the delivery of efficient, accurate and high‑quality services to a diverse portfolio of regulated and unregulated fund structures.
You’ll work closely with experienced professionals while developing your technical knowledge and understanding of the funds industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the administration of fund structures, including investor activity, capital transactions and record maintenance
- Supporting company secretarial duties such as board meeting preparation, agenda creation and minute taking
- Helping with client due diligence, FATCA/CRS reporting and regulatory/statutory filings
- Processing banking transactions, payment instructions and basic bookkeeping under supervision
