A highly respected and regulated financial services firm is seeking an experienced Head of Facilities to take custodianship of its workplace experience across the group.
This is a pivotal, people‑focused leadership role, offering the opportunity to build on strong foundations while helping shape the future workplace and can be based in either Guernsey or Jersey
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as custodian of the workplace experience, ensuring offices are welcoming, professional, safe and aligned to how people work today and tomorrow
- Leading facilities and reception teams, setting clear direction, developing capability and embedding a strong service culture
- Overseeing facilities operations, supplier contracts, helpdesk services, space planning and office refurbishments across multiple locations
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, fire safety, environmental standards and business continuity requirements
