An internationally recognised financial services organisation is expanding its Global Family Office team in Guernsey and is seeking collaborative and forward thinking Senior Trust Officers who are comfortable challenging the status quo.
Notably, this role operates on a fixed‑fee billing model — meaning no timesheets or hourly billing, allowing you to focus fully on client service and quality delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering a portfolio of trust and corporate structures, liaising with internal partners, advisers and investment managers
- Acting as a key client contact, planning and attending client and adviser meetings and delivering a high‑touch service experience
- Preparing and executing resolutions, minutes, authorised documentation and payments, including authorised signatory duties
- Ensuring structures remain compliant with regulatory, fiduciary and risk management standards
