A leading professional services firm based in Guernsey is seeking a Legal Administrator to join its collaborative and fast-paced office environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a corporate setting where you’ll play a key role supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to fee earners, including diary management, inbox coordination and client communications
- Assisting with legal documentation, court bundles, billing processes and general matter management
- Supporting probate-related administration and identifying opportunities to contribute to fee-earning activities
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and events while contributing to the efficient day-to-day running of the office
This is a varied and hands-on support role offering exposure to legal processes, client interaction and office operations—ideal for a highly organised individual - perhaps a graduate with a legal or trust background - looking to build or develop a career within professional services.
