Join a globally connected insurance and risk advisory business in Guernsey in a highly visible role as a Client Leader - Captive & Insurance Management where you would be leading sophisticated captive client relationships and delivering strategic, value-driven solutions.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to take ownership of complex captive programmes, act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to drive service excellence, growth, and long-term client value.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the overall relationship and engagement strategy for a portfolio of captive insurance clients, acting as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinating internal specialists across insurance, reinsurance, broking, risk, and related service lines to deliver integrated, high-quality client outcomes.
• Driving account planning, stewardship, profitable growth, and value realisation across captive and wider risk financing solutions.
• Using data, reporting tools, and internal systems to monitor performance, enhance service delivery, and support strategic client conversations. 

This role will suit someone who is commercially minded, relationship-led, and confident operating at senior level. You should posses excellent communication and presentation skills, strong coordination and leadership ability, and the credibility to act as a trusted advisor across complex client environments.
