One of our valued clients is looking for a Senior Manager - Engagement and Communications in Guernsey OR Jersey where you would be focused on employee engagement, internal communications, and culture across multiple jurisdictions.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced engagement and communications professional to shape how people connect with the business — driving employee listening, culture initiatives, internal campaigns, and insight-led communication across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of employee engagement and listening initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, action planning, and reporting.
- Developing and executing internal communications and culture campaigns that support organisational priorities, inclusion, recognition, and ways of working.
- Managing People & Culture intranet content, communication channels, and practical toolkits to support leaders and employees across multiple locations.
- Producing engagement insights, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders while supporting wider change, integration, and transformation activity.
You should be comfortable working across multiple priorities, adapting tone for different audiences, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. This role would suit someone who can combine strong communication and content skills with excellent organisation, stakeholder management, and a data-informed mindset.
