A leading Channel Islands property and real estate business is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join its growing team in Guernsey or Jersey at Associate Director or Director level.

This is a senior leadership opportunity to take ownership of a significant commercial property portfolio, lead and mentor a team of property professionals, and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while helping shape the future direction of the property management function.

Our client is open to supporting work permit applications for outstanding candidates looking to relocate to Guernsey or Jersey.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring effective financial control, regulatory compliance and outstanding client service.
• Acting as the primary relationship manager for landlords and key stakeholders, producing management reports and attending client meetings.
• Overseeing rent collection, service charge budgets, reconciliations, insurance matters, lease events and property performance across the portfolio.
• Leading, mentoring and supporting property management team members whilst contributing to departmental improvements and operational excellence.

You should be a confident leader who can build trusted client relationships, provide guidance to team members and make sound commercial decisions. You will be comfortable operating at a senior level, balancing portfolio management with leadership and strategic responsibilities. Whilst not essential, a RICS qualification or similar professional accreditation would be a distinct advantage.
