This strategic leadership position offers the chance to influence the future direction of technology services within a highly regulated and evolving business environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery and continuous improvement of technology services across infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms and business systems.
• Driving operational excellence through effective IT Service Management, service reliability and modern automation practices.
• Overseeing cyber security, operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Supporting technology transformation programmes, digital innovation initiatives and the development of long-term technology strategy.

You should be comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, leading large-scale technology change programmes, managing critical supplier relationships and balancing innovation with operational resilience.
