Our valued client, a big 4 accountancy firm, is seeking an Experienced Audit Manager

You will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients, and manage their accounts end to end. You will also be managing high performing teams. The business is open to speaking with persons who are looking to relocate and make Guernsey their new homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing a range of assurance services and business advice to a variety of clients. 
• Coaching, supporting, developing and managing an energetic, diverse and high-performing team.
• Pursuing opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zone, e.g. digital upskilling and effective use of new technology;
• Analysing complex issues, ideas or proposals and responding with meaningful recommendations.
  

Ideally you will have experience as an Audit manager, be 3+ years post qualification and have a professional accounting qualification

If you have a trong grasp of business and technical issues and industry trends plus the ability to communicate at all levels and a proven track record of developing and managing strong relationships then this may be the role for you!
