Responsibilities include:

• Administer a portfolio of trust and company clients, from setup to termination

• Draft trust documentation, minutes, resolutions, and ensure timely asset distributions

• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, legal advisors, and stakeholders to provide bespoke services

• Monitor compliance and conduct due diligence, including AML/KYC procedures

You should be proactive, highly organised, and confident in managing client relationships. With at least 2–5 years of relevant experience (depending on level), you bring a strong grasp of fiduciary responsibilities and regulatory compliance. Whether you're building on your career as a Trust Officer or stepping up to a Senior level, you'll play a key role in delivering trusted, high-quality service.
