Responsibilities include:

Administer a portfolio of trust and company clients, from setup to termination

Draft trust documentation, minutes, resolutions, and ensure timely asset distributions

Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, legal advisors, and stakeholders to provide bespoke services

Monitor compliance and conduct due diligence, including AML/KYC procedures
You should be proactive, highly organised, and confident in managing client relationships. With at least 2–5 years of relevant experience (depending on level), you bring a strong grasp of fiduciary responsibilities and regulatory compliance. Whether you're building on your career as a Trust Officer or stepping up to a Senior level, you'll play a key role in delivering trusted, high-quality service.
