Lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of client accounting and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll shape and deliver best-in-class services for complex corporate, trust, and private wealth structures, while driving transformation, mitigating risk, and ensuring alignment with Group strategy.

Responsibilities will include:

• Setting and executing the Group-wide vision for client accounting and tax compliance, embedding consistent standards across all jurisdictions.

• Overseeing all financial reporting, tax returns, and regulatory submissions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance.

• Driving operational efficiency and service excellence through process optimisation, governance frameworks, and digital tools.

• Leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing cross-jurisdictional teams to deliver technical expertise and exceptional client service.

This role is ideal for a commercially astute, technically accomplished professional with deep IFRS/FRS knowledge, multi-jurisdictional tax expertise, and proven senior leadership experience in fiduciary or financial services.
