We’re looking for an accomplished Associate Director to take the lead in the Fund and Corporate Accounting function, based in the Jersey offices on one of our key clients. In this senior leadership role, you’ll translate business strategy into operational excellence, deliver high-quality financial reporting, and act as a trusted technical expert across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a high-impact position where your leadership will shape processes, systems, and teams, driving performance while ensuring compliance and consistency at every level.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the client accounting function for the Corporate & Funds business line to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Overseeing performance using clear KRIs and KPIs while implementing process improvements across jurisdictions.
• Driving the configuration, development, and use of Allvue (or similar) systems to meet client reporting needs.
• Acting as the technical point of contact for client accounting teams and delivering training on new policies and procedures.

You should hold a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ICAEW) and have at least 10 years’ post-qualification experience. Have proven leadership skills, ideally within a multidisciplinary fiduciary or financial services environment, be able to communicate persuasively and influence across teams, jurisdictions, and clients and bring deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improvement.
