This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee workloads, drive cases to timely completion, support fee recovery, and ensure data remains precise across key systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-skilled client support team
- Oversee daily workflows, case progression, and quality standards
- Resolve complex queries and escalations with confidence
- Champion process improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes
