Job Description

Step into a pivotal Team Leader role where you’ll guide, support, and develop a high-performing client support team delivering exceptional service across pension and trust administration. Based in our valued client's Guernsey Office, you’ll champion operational excellence, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure every interaction meets the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and care.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee workloads, drive cases to timely completion, support fee recovery, and ensure data remains precise across key systems.

Responsibilities include:

  •  Lead, coach, and develop a multi-skilled client support team
  • Oversee daily workflows, case progression, and quality standards
  • Resolve complex queries and escalations with confidence
  • Champion process improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes

You’ll bring solid pension or trust administration experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to lead, mentor, and make sound decisions.
