Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating front office activities including post handling, meeting preparation, and reception duties
- Supporting board and committee processes through preparation of packs, minute taking, and meeting logistics
- Maintaining document systems including filing, retrieval, archiving and inventory tracking
- Assisting with office operations, travel arrangements, supplier liaison, and ad hoc project support
