Job Description

An established, independent international trust company with a global client base is seeking a Front Office Support Administrator to join its collaborative Guernsey office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly professional environment at the heart of operations, supporting both client-facing teams and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating front office activities including post handling, meeting preparation, and reception duties
  • Supporting board and committee processes through preparation of packs, minute taking, and meeting logistics
  • Maintaining document systems including filing, retrieval, archiving and inventory tracking
  • Assisting with office operations, travel arrangements, supplier liaison, and ad hoc project support
