Our Guernsey banking client is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to help drive the delivery of their Group Technology Service Desk, ensuring smooth, reliable support across infrastructure and service operations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving Service Desk incidents and requests, ensuring timely and effective outcomes

  • Prioritising and escalating tickets, liaising with vendors, users, and external clients as needed

  • Supporting infrastructure components including hardware, software, and networks

  • Maintaining clear documentation, ensure compliance with audit standards, and providing expert advice

You’ll have strong experience in a tech-focused Service Desk role, strong communication skills, and relevant technical certifications.
