Our Guernsey banking client is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to help drive the delivery of their Group Technology Service Desk, ensuring smooth, reliable support across infrastructure and service operations.
Responsibilities will include:

Managing and resolving Service Desk incidents and requests, ensuring timely and effective outcomes

Prioritising and escalating tickets, liaising with vendors, users, and external clients as needed

Supporting infrastructure components including hardware, software, and networks

Maintaining clear documentation, ensure compliance with audit standards, and providing expert advice
You’ll have strong experience in a tech-focused Service Desk role, strong communication skills, and relevant technical certifications.
