Take the lead in transforming client accounting practices across Pension and Trust services. You’ll drive consistency, strengthen governance, and elevate Management Information (MI) standards to deliver measurable, lasting impact.
This is a fixed term contract role for 9 months and is ideal for a senior accounting professional who thrives on improving systems, processes, and team capability.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the design and rollout of a best-in-class client accounting framework for Pension and Trust divisions.
- Assess and enhance MI dashboards, KPIs, workflows, and governance controls.
- Partner with IT and Finance Operations to optimise systems, automate tasks, and improve data integrity.
- Mentor senior accountants, embed process improvements, and foster continuous learning.
You’ll be a qualified accountant with 10 years in client accounting with deep client accounting expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for operational excellence.
