Job Description
We are currently working with a fiduciary services provider who is looking to bring a Trust Administrator onto its small team on a contract or permanent basis.
You’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to the company’s Trust team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with administrative tasks for portfolio of clients and over the course of time having responsibility over their own portfolio
- Maintaining accurate data & documentation on all client files, Scanning documents & ensuring accurate and efficient filing
- Taking minutes for team meetings and preparing minutes
- Arranging payments and paying in cheques
You’ll be an individual with a strong desire to learn, good numeracy and communication skills. The company will offer full professional study support if you wish to pursue STEP/ICSA.
