Job Description
Joining a successful, independent Guernsey trust company, you will have the opportunity to shape, influence, and play an active role in the forward direction of the business.
Your lead role in operational compliance will see you working closely with the Board and other senior staff such as MLCO/MLRO and CO.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, review, and develop the Group’s compliance policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring they remain adequate and effective.
- Co-ordinate and oversee periodic CDD reviews and take responsibility for the maintenance and accuracy of the Group’s logs and registers related to the role.
- Supervise, mentor, and support the Operational Compliance Team, providing training and advice as required.
- Contribute to the onboarding process, attend Business Committee meetings, and provide appropriate and effective management information to the Board or Committees thereof as required.
