Our client - an offshore law firm - is keen to onboard a detail oriented Client Take-on Administrator to join their team in Jersey.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting due diligence checks on new clients in line with AML and CDD regulations
- Liaising with internal teams to gather required client information and documentation
- Ensuring all client onboarding forms and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining clear and detailed records of all client onboarding activities
Ideally, you will have experience in a client-focused administrative or secretarial role and a strong understanding of AML and CDD regulations
