Do you have customer service experience together with excellent communication skills

Our client, an award-winning bank is looking for a customer experience representative in Guernsey or Jersey.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer queries appropriately
  • Provide compliant and high-level service to minimise where complaints and disputes escalate, including to the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman
  • Role model with outstanding customer service when interacting with customers and colleagues, tailoring to customer’s needs depending on their circumstances.
  • Share knowledge and expertise across the business to identify potential opportunities for improvements
