We have a great 6 to 12 month fixed term opportunity for a team player with Jersey trust experience.
Our valued client is seeking someone with a good awareness of local trust and company legislation and practice to join their Private Clients Team as a Review Assistant Manager/Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking in-depth reviews of client entities and completing Risk Analysis Questionnaires and highlight where procedures might not have been followed or overlooked
- Assist the private client staff with client and/or other issues and liaise with the Board and where necessary compliance
- Deliver reviews in accordance with the annual plan
- Be approachable and accessible to the private client team, offering guidance as to how to make the files fully compliant
Together with your experience in the trust services industry (or similar regulated business), you will be an effective communicator with strong relationship management skills and have an adaptable and flexible approach.
