A high calibre actuarial and consultancy firm is seeking a Trainee/ Pensions Administrator to join their Guernsey office.
You will handle the administration of local and international pension schemes within processing and or member services.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance of membership records
- Payment of pensions and other benefits/expenses using online banking systems
- Calculation of member’s benefits. Bank and other reconciliation
- Liaison with clients, banks and investment managers,pension scheme members
The successful candidate shall possess a good academic background and good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
Previous experience in a financial services office environment will be advantageous and there will be an opportunity to study for a professional qualification if desired.
