Responsibilities include:

  • Leading client service delivery by overseeing portfolios, advising clients, and acting as director on client companies.

  • Driving policy development across regulatory, compliance, and risk areas.

  • Coaching and mentoring a talented team to achieve and exceed business goals.

  • Enhancing client relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities that support long-term growth.

You’ll be an inspiring and solutions-focused Senior Manager or Associate Director with a strong background in Trust structures and private client services, plus you will also bring strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and colleagues.
