As part of the Guernsey team of a a fast growing business with a supportive and inclusive work environment you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of trusts and providing expert advice to clients
Responsibilities include:.
- Managing a portfolio of trusts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all trust-related matters
- Providing expert advice on trust and corporate structures, including the setup and administration of trusts
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients
The ideal candidate will have a STEP/ICSA qualification or similar, experience of working in a trust and company administration environment and a strong understanding of Guernsey trust laws and regulations
