One of our key Guernsey clients is keen to find a Trainee Fund Administrator to join their trainee programme where you would be supported in your study towards a professional qualification.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with all aspects of the administration of fund clients
- Assisting with the processing fund operations including, inputting payments, preparing receipt packs and processing investor changes.
- Assisting with the maintenance of investor and fund records
- Assisting with company secretarial matters including preparation of minutes, board packs and reports.
While some office-based experience would be beneficial it is not essential. What matters more is the desire to learn and a commitment to study.
