We are seeking an Office Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients office.
This position will involve managing various aspects of IT infrastructure, office premises, and company-related responsibilities. Suiting a proactive problem-solver and a go-to person for all staff queries.
Responsibilities
- Manage all IT infrastructure for the office, including liaising with the IT service provider, coordinating IT issues, and overseeing IT projects.
- Take responsibility for all matters relating to the office premises, including coordinating with the Landlord, managing staff car parks and access, and overseeing internal phone systems and office supplies.
- Handle company-related responsibilities such as managing company insurances, onboarding new employees, and assisting with office relocation plans.
- Report directly into the director / owner.
