Administrator, Corporate Services Location: Guernsey Department: CLS - Corporate Services Type: Permanent Schedule: 36.25 hours per week

The Position Are you ready to take the next step in your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment? As an Administrator within our Corporate Services team, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of client structures, including private equity and real estate investments.

You’ll ensure fiduciary services are delivered in accordance with Client Services Agreements and regulatory requirements while also contributing to team projects. 

Your Responsibilities As an Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

· Client Administration: Assist in managing a portfolio of client structures, ensuring accurate and efficient administration.

· Collaboration: Work closely with lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, banks, and colleagues across our global offices to support client needs.

· Administrative Support: Provide assistance with correspondence preparation, file updates, and drafting detailed and accurate minutes and meeting notes.

· Fee Management: Ensure timely fee collection and assist with chasing and collecting outstanding debts.

· Compliance: Address compliance review points promptly and liaise with the Accounts Team for client-related financial matters as needed.

· Learning & Development: Proactively use available resources to drive your personal and professional development.

Your Profile We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with the following skills and attributes:

· Experience: Some prior experience in a regulated finance or professional services environment.

· Education: A strong educational background with a willingness to grow and learn.

· Qualifications: Either part-qualified or keen to work towards a full professional qualification, such as CGI or STEP, or equivalent.

· Technical Skills: Competence with IT systems and a commitment to developing your technical knowledge.
