We are seeking a Trainee Office Administrator/ Filing Clerk to join one of our clients in Guernsey.
This role will provide variety in the form of document management, reception, office administration, meeting room set ups and more.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the HR Manager, office administrators and company directors.
- Coordinate closures and transfers as necessary and assist with client onboarding.
- Manage reception area including incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and visitor welcome and handling the companies switchboard.
- Organising office stationary, setting up meeting rooms for lunches, visitors and meetings.
