Job Description
Firstcall is working with a boutique financial services provider who is looking for a Fund Administrator to join their Guernsey team.
Reporting to the Manager, you will undertake fund administration, bookkeeping and reporting for a portfolio of active venture capital funds.
You will provide accurate well-presented client and internal deliverables within the agreed deadlines in accordance with the policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving / tending to investment recommendations from the Investment Advisors
- Completing investment checklists and reviewing/arranging execution of investment documentation
- Input payments for settlement of investment trades, third party invoices and liaising with portfolio companies to obtain documents of title
- Bookkeeping of relevant transactions in a timely manner and maintaining Custody registers within statutory deadlines
The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified or pursuing their studies, with relevant experience in financial services/funds.
You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
