One of our esteemed clients is seeking a Compliance Manager & Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), a key leadership role where you will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while driving a culture of compliance across the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Compliance Oversight – Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, ensuring regulatory adherence.
• AML & Financial Crime Prevention – Oversee AML processes, review suspicious transactions, and manage client risk assessments.
• Regulatory Liaison – Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities, preparing reports and filings.
• Leadership & Training – Manage and support the Compliance and Operations Administrator, fostering a strong compliance culture.

You will be an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in compliance, trust, or financial services, have a compliance qualification and have a sharp eye for risk management and compliance excellence.
