Are you an experienced Trust professional ready to take the next step?
We have an exciting opportunity to lead a trust administration team, managing a diverse portfolio of clients while mentoring and developing junior team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of a varied client portfolio, including complex structures
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Acting as a ‘B’ signatory and providing strategic input into trust management decisions
- Coaching and mentoring team members, conducting appraisals, and driving performance
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with at least 8 years of experience in trust administration and a relevant qualification (e.g., STEP or ICSA), together with strong leadership and client relationship skills.
